We couldn’t have invested in state-of-the-art equipment and a 114,000 square foot manufacturing facility. There would be no reason to do this if we didn’t know the result – providing ingredients to product manufacturers that will, in turn, make their customers speechless.

We’ve been in that role – having spent decades building our knowledge and experience in the dessert industry. We realized from a professional and economic standpoint that North America was poised for a fine ingredients manufacturing facility like Berzaci. So instead of waiting for it, we built it.
